Sunscents

Flower seeds contain within them the blueprint, if you will, of their actualization.  It is the potential right now of all it can be.  Given the right soil and conditions it bursts forth from the Earth showing to the Sun its growth and creativity. The Sun unconditonally sends its light rays towards Earth which is used by the plant to continue its growth.  When the time is right the flower blossoms at its end offering up to the Sun its greatest gift of beauty in thanks. Its ultimate creation - the blossom.  This beauty is also there for us to see and appreciate. We should surely take time to enjoy the wonderful colors and designs of flowers - let it fill one with the harmony and wonder of creation.

The flower’s physical generative organs face the Sun, ours face the Earth.  The flowers seeds are spread to create more beautiful flowers.  We give birth to our own children, our beautiful blossoms, who should also be cherished and enjoyed.

We also can create blossoms from our seeds of thoughts - offering innovative and creative ways to live in the world and help others.  What blossoms are you creating as thanks to the Universe and as a gift of sharing.  Take time today to realize the power of your seed thoughts - how will they blossom? 

Some of us have an intuitive sense, a knowing that alerts us to upcoming events, or how a person around us is feeling. The fragrances and scents of the world can also open us up to a knowing. Our sense of smell is one that can trigger memories - you catch a whiff of a perfume that reminds you of your Aunt and back comes some childhood parties.  Fresh laundry - a time you washed and pressed a favorite dress for your daughter.  Cinnamon - the time you shared a cappucino with your ex.  Rose candles may evoke some romantic times. 

These aromas can bring back suddenly various wonderful times of your life and you may stop and recall them as if you were actually back there.  You remember, reminisce and relive.

Scents are very powerful in stimulating your imagination which is why they are so helpful when you are trying to create a positive energy around yourself and your visualizations to aid you in manifesting - they strengthen your ability to image and really feel what it is you want.

Just as smells and scents can bring up the past and enhance the present, they can also stimulate a knowing of the future.  It is something to pay attention to and see if you can see patterns to sudden scents with no obvious source.  For me an overwhelming scent of flowers with no flowers around has generally played out as a message to come of someone’s passing.  The aroma of strong oranges has panned out as important message coming from someone special.  My late Father’s after shave has always made me aware that I should be paying attention, that a decision will be coming up.

It will be different for each of us, but it can be an additional tool we can develop and rely on in using our intuitive sense - scents.

There are times in our lives when what seems like sudden changes overwhelm us; many areas of our life are shifted and we tend to see this as negative or bad luck if the changes are not to our liking.  Those of us who use affirmations and visualizations of the life we would prefer to live in, should recognize that the in order to attain the new way, the Universe needs to break up the old and rearrange the patterns so that you can move into a greater life.  If you can ride this, accept this and rise above it, and remain positive, what remains later and evolves from there can be the answer to all your affirmations and beliefs.
